Background

VAT invoices for countries, where Sixt ride cannot invoice in the name and on behalf of the TSP itself, are requested from TSPs for certain customer companies via automated email to TSP
-
TSP then emails the requested invoice/s to the SIXT Admin
-
After invoices are received, Admin Team via email approves or rejects the invoices and provides them to the customer via the upload button in the RDV.

In many cases, invoices are not being sent by the TSPs and Sixt cannot receive payment from the customer (currently 5 digit amount is open due to missing invoices from TSPs)

Project Goals

Digitizing the entire scenario of the SIXT Admin team requesting the invoice/s from the TSP/s and the email conversation & the approval process involved
-
Reducing the manual following-up effort via emails for the invoices, that the Admin team can work effectively in the provided time.

Improving the ROI for the business by receiving payments that are pending due to invoices not being provided by the TSPs and SIXT to the customers
My Contributions

Conducting Qualitative research with TSPs, Admins to understand their pain points and understand problem statement, gather their feedbacks & desires.

Solving pain points ,Inculcating their feedbacks in mind maps and white boarding with the product management team.

Deriving the solutions and the user flows, checking the feasibility of the feature with engineering team
-
Working on the wireframes / low to medium - fi prototype & testing it with the users, iterate with feedback & heat maps.

Executing the passed wireframes as Interfaces & leading the contractors for the same.
